Holly&Ted is an ongoing collaboration between artists Holly Norrington and Teddy Lamb who met at Playbox Theatre Company and then continued their working practice whilst studying at Dartington College of the Arts. We created the company out of a desire to bring fun and accessible feminist theatre into the community, and so focus on touring. We were the recipient of a 2014 no strings attached grant from Farnham Maltings which enabled us to develop and tour our debut show Pond Wife. We are currently working on our follow up show, Polaris which will tour in 2018. As a freelance director Ted has created work in both the UK and the US, working with companies such as Culturcated Theatre Company, Santa Monica Playhouse, and Riff Raff Theatre. Most recently they co-directed Greywing House by award-winning cabaret artist Mary Beth Morossa, and worked alongside Alfie Ordinary on his solo show Help! I Think I Might Be Fabulous.
Holly&Ted offer various workshops alongside Pond Wife, and Polaris focusing on Fairy Tales, Contemporary Theatre, or devising processes. We can also create bespoke workshops for the needs of your organisation. Please contact us for more details.
